Your cosmetic tattoo treatment will appear approximately 40% – 70% darker during the first week and will then heal to a lighter shade.
The treatment may appear slightly bigger during your few days due to the epithelial top layer (crust) expanding a little before it lightly sheds. As soon as this layer flakes off, your new treatment will look amazing and continue to develop and settle in colour over the next 4 week.
WILL IT HURT?
A topical numbing cream is used so pain is very minimal. My clients usually rate any discomfort at about 2-3 out of 10, if that. Some clients have fallen asleep during treatments.
WHAT IS THE DOWNTIME?
Some people experience minor swelling and or redness immediately after which can last up to 12 hours however this can be so minimal that most clients feel comfortable enough to return to work immediately after, even after an eyeliner treatment.
HOW LONG WILL IT LAST?
Cosmetic tattoo treatments are semi-permanent which means they will be there longer than 3 months but will fade over time. There are many factors that can determine the life of your tattoo. Colour, intensity, skin, age, lifestyle, technique and more can all play a part in the life of your tattoo. Your technician should make you aware of the potential fade out of your cosmetic tattoo treatment.

IS IT THE SAME AS A NORMAL TATTOO?
Basically yes. It is the same procedure but a I use a lighter, quieter machine called a rotary pen and my pigments are formulated differently for a fade-out factor.

No heavy sweating for 24 hours
No mascara for 24 hours
No other eye make-up for 48 hours
No sun or swimming for 2 weeks
Please be sure to remove all lash extensions prior to your top eyeliner treatment. Lash enhancement treatments (tint, lift etc) may be resumed after 10 days of healing
